A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS
Before you put the kettle on.
Which book should I start with?
Choose Breakfast, Snacks & Sides ($27) for breakfasts, samosas, breads and rice. Choose Curries, Dals & Vegetables ($37) for everyday main dishes. The $49 collection gives you both, the exclusive third book, and the original complete guide.
What exactly is in the $49 bundle?
Eight files: The Full Indian Cookbook as a 252-page PDF and EPUB, plus Breakfast, Snacks & Sides, Curries, Dals & Vegetables, and Spices, Sweets & Celebrations, each as an 85-page PDF and EPUB. That is 507 PDF pages across the four books. The full guide and the three separate books contain the same 120 recipes.
Can I get the third book on its own?
No. Spices, Sweets & Celebrations is exclusive to the bundle. Its 40 recipes are different from the 80 recipes in the two standalone books.
Are these printed books?
These are digital cookbooks for instant download. No physical book is shipped. The original full guide is supplied in PDF and EPUB; all three separate books are supplied in PDF and EPUB.
Do I need a special shop or equipment?
Most ingredients are available at an ordinary supermarket. Some, such as curry leaves or ajwain, may be easier to find at an Indian grocer. Recipes use grams, millilitres and spoon measures; a kitchen scale helps.
I’m a beginner. Can I cook from these?
Every recipe has a finished-dish photo, pictured ingredients and short numbered steps. Look for Sanjay’s tip, the troubleshooting notes and the leftovers guidance.
