You're buying a digital cookbook for your own kitchen. Please don't share or resell it. Cook safely, and if it's not for you, you have 7 days to get your money back.
These terms
These terms apply when you buy India in Your Pot by Sanjay Sharma ("the book") or use this website. By buying the book, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, email us.
What you're buying
A digital ebook in PDF and EPUB format. It is not a printed book, and nothing is shipped. The contents are described on the sales page. Pictures in the book and on this website show how the dishes and ingredients look; your cooking may look a little different.
Ordering and payment
Prices are shown on the sales page and are charged once, at checkout. Payment is handled by our checkout provider, Payhip, and its payment processors; we never see or store your full card details. Any sales tax or VAT is shown at checkout where it applies.
Discount codes
Discount codes shown on this website apply only where stated and can't be combined or exchanged for cash.
Delivery
After payment you receive a download link on screen and by email, usually within a few minutes.
Refunds
You can get a full refund within 7 days of buying. See the refund policy for how it works.
Your licence
The book is for your personal, non-commercial use. You're welcome to keep copies on your own devices and to print pages for your own kitchen. Please don't:
- share, upload or send the book or its pages to others
- resell it, or republish its recipes, text or pictures
- use its content in a commercial product or service
Cooking safely
The book gives general cooking guidance, not medical, dietary or allergy advice. Always check ingredients against your own allergies and dietary needs. Take care with hot oil, sharp knives and ovens. Cook meat, fish and eggs to safe temperatures. If you are pregnant, very young, elderly or unwell, follow food-safety guidance and your doctor's advice.
Our responsibility
We work hard to make every recipe clear, but results depend on your ingredients, equipment and kitchen. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from use of the book. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown when you bought the book applies to that purchase.
